I NEED HELP PLEASE!!!

I've been Gavin suicidal thoughts since I was 9 years old and I am 13, people at school went to my sister and told her that I was acting emo at school and I'm not and they also said that I went around the whole school saying I was gonna kill myself which I didn't do. I am having more thoughts and my mom is gonna home school me for 8th grade but I have to finish the school year. I just don't know what to do with myself, please help me please.
