Cramps😭

AF decided to show her ugly face 2 days early and these cramps are killing me! It feels like there's an evil little alien beating the shit out of my uterus! My lower back feels like it's gonna snap. I've taken ibprofen and my heating pad isn't even touching it like normally does. I'm about to go order the whole McDonald's menu and I could really use any suggestions on what could help, please! Except for exercise. Don't tell me to exercise to get rid of them. It's already decided that I will not survive the apocalypse so there is no need to train. I feel like death is upon me and it hurts to walk. Sweet Jesus, take the wheel!😭😭
