Ovarian cysts or kidney infection

A month after losing my virginity and getting a yeast infection, I have randomly gotten the urge to pee every 10 minutes. if I distract myself it's not so bad but the urge is still always there! (Especially before bed) I've been reading and maybe it could be a kidney infection or ic or an ovarian cysts but I have no other symptoms! I have no pain when I urinate, I have no blood in my pee or burning or stinging! I do have back pain... But I'm not sure. I tested negative for a uti.... But could I still have one? It's been 2 months and it hasn't gotten better or worse! Someone help it's ruining my life omg I wish I was normal again ://
