No birth control no period
Hello!!
So, I have decided to stop taking hormonal birth control once and for all, however the last time i went off the pill, I didn't get my period for the entire time until I went back on (7 months) yes it was great to not have a period, but also very nerve racking. It's as if I can't get my period unless I'm on hormonal birth control. Any advice to jump start my cycle?
