Pregnant without symptoms?

Is it possible to be pregnant without symptoms? I have irregular periods( every 3 months) because I had hypothyroidism (they just called and said I don't have it anymore) I'm scared because the last time I got my period was on February 27 and the last time I had sex was March 19. Which now that I see that I was probably ovulating but I don't really know how to tell because I was always irregular. I was always wet even when I didn't get my period. It's like everyday I'm wet. Which I don't really know if it's normal. Anyways, I took a pregnancy test one was negative and the other one was slightly positive, but I don't really feel any symptoms. So yeah I'm scared and I don't know what to do.
