Help please
So I started having a fever last night it was 103 then 101.4 then 100 then 98.8 now 101.6 I've had some body aches not super bad though a little nauseous and shivery head aches and neck aches I've taken fever reducers I've tried cooling my body down but my fever keeps fluctuating and I'm not sure what to do
