Help!!!

So I had a miscarriage and D&C exactly 5 weeks ago. I was 11 weeks, baby measured only 10 weeks. I had light spotting for 4 days and despite the doctor telling us to wait 2 weeks before trying to conceive again we couldn't and had unprotected sex from day 3 until now. I realized today I hadn't started a period or even feel like I'm going to start so I started googling and I came across several women who got pregnant immediately after their D&C and before they ever had their first period. So I couldn't wait and I took a test tonight and now I'm confused. I have several people who went thru miscarriages and D&C that their levels dropped within 1-2 weeks to zero and had negative tests. Could this be another pregnancy????
