16 weeks pregnant and Zumba
I am curious.... I didn't really work out all that much during the first trimester. Maybe a 30 min walk here and there but I started a Zumba class today and LOVED it... I'm a little tight down there nothing too concerning but is it safe to start Zumba at 16 weeks pregnant? Only thing I've noticed is tiny stretching or contracting (hard to tell the difference) very little. Would really appreciate some feedback! Thank you ladies!!!
