Baby acne

My 7 week old had flawless skin until over night last week....now she is literally covered (cheeks,eyelids,nose,ears,neck) in baby acne. Could my milk be causing it? I read it could be from left over hormones. She looks terrible, and I know it doesn't bother her but I'm embarrassed about it. Anyone have any suggestions to help cure it? I know time will help, but she truly looks awful 😓
