Vagina issues

So in the past few days my vagina has been really bothering me. My bladder still feels full even after I pee and I have a slight pain in my vagina that has majorly decreased but I can still kinda feel it. I've had UTIs before but this feels different than a UTI because I don't have any pain when I pee. The only real issue is that my bladder feels full. I do have a slightly odd odor coming from my vagina that is bothersome as well. All this stuff came out of nowhere so I really don't know what it is. Any help would be appreciated!
