I'm feel hopeless!

My LO has silent reflux and I feel like every time we take 1 step forward and I get a little hope we take 5 steps back.  I feel like I'm the only one who is concerned! I'm a SAHM so my son and I sleep in the spare bedroom so my husband can sleep since he has to get up for work. However, his reflux is at its worst at night from 4 am to around 7 am.  And those 3 hours are terrible.  All night he will cry in his sleep, scratch his face, arch his back, grunt, throw up in his mouth and hear hear him swallowing it back down.  It's heartbreaking and between those 3 hours he's just in so much pain and constant crying.  Any other mommies experience this?
