Heartburn with a vengeance

Seriously I want to cry any time I eat or drink anything! Baby gets hiccups (and it's uncomfortable because he is sooo low it literally feels like someone is down there flicking my vagina/butt hole lol) every time I eat or drink, acid reflux/throw up burps constantly, and burning in throat and chest soooo bad it's nauseating. I take tums, but it leaves this nasty awful sour bitter taste in my mouth, and makes my burps like soda burps. So gross! Who else is suffering? Lol. I've never had it this bad.
