A little worried.

Im 5w3d.. Its been 9yrs since my last pregnancy.. I had the IUD march 10 and conceived that same week.. Im kinda nervous and scared. Of it being an ectopic pregnancy or having a miscarriage juat cuz of the fact the it happened so fast.. Anyone experience anything similar?
