Breast pain

So I'm a FTM and no longer BF-OMG after not producing enough milk the first week my baby just refused to latch after that and we gave her formula. I was pumping and feeding her my milk via bottle but I noticed I went from producing a good 6-7oz of milk to a good ounce within 3 weeks. It's fine I don't mind I'll just give her formula but I'm noticing now I have breast pain my boobs aren't engorged either they just hurt! Is this normal? I see my pcp Monday but don't see my OB for my pp appt for another 2 weeks just trying to find answers tia
