Possible tmi??

Here resently I've been having trouble going number 2 hasn't been an issue till now and it's like I need to go but when I try and go nothing and I feel like when I try there's pressure in my lady parts. Just wondering if anyone else is dealing with this. I'm not cramping or having pains but when I stand after trying to go I do have a few pains then they stop and she's moving around like crazy! I'll be 35 weeks tomorrow

Yeah same boat - Dried apricots will help as well. Snack on a handful, plus they have good nutrients as well!

I ate A LOT of leftover carbs from my baby shower and wound up constipated. Usually, prunes help, and I'm lactose intolerant. Anyway, I tried my best to go naturally. Drank a lot of water, ate prunes, cottage cheese, etc. I was so worried I forced it the best I could. What I think helped was putting my feet on a stool while I tried to go. Ever hear of the "squatty potty"? I just planted my feet on a regular step stool while trying to go. It really helped me. Now I just drink a lot of water, eat veggies, and eat dried prunes at night to keep me regular. Good luck.

I feel the same. And I feel down there with my hand and it feel almost swollen in a weird way. Baby moves like crazy too. I'm 33 weeks.
