Will my milk still come in if I have an elective c section?

Not sure if I'm going to have a c yet, I just have always wondered this.... If I don't pump and am planning on formula feeding right away would it still come in?

Yes I've had 2 csections and my milk has come in by the time I left the hospital. Remember your body will produce colostrum before your milk comes in, and that is the perfect food for a newborn.

My first was a scheduled section and took about a week for it to really come in. By then she was hooked on bottle.
