Too many BH contractions?

I've been having BH for the past hour or so now and they seem irregular as they should but I feel like they're too strong... I did have sex earlier this morning so maybe that's causing it.. But it is kind of freaking me out. I'm only 21w4d

Do whatever you can to make them go away! Shower, rest, drink water or non caffeinated tea

Sex probably did it. That happens to me. However if your concerned or uncomfortable call your doc that's what they are there for.

Give your doctor a call. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about but it never hurts to call to see if they think you should be checked.
