HELP! Losing bits of mucus plug

Over the past couple days I've been losing bits of my mucus plug. It's obviously the mucus plug. I'm only losing very small amounts like the size of long grain rice. I'm only estimating myself 7 weeks so this makes me nervous. Should I worry? They couldn't detect a viable heartbeat on ultrasound yesterday
