Pelvic pressure?

I'm a second time mom with twins on board. My first i ended up being induced which turned into a c section. I'm not sure I know what contractions feel like when they start on their own and you go in to labor. Anyways  I've been having pelvic pressure off and on the past several weeks but today it is constant. Honestly feels like I'm being pulled in two. Any advice?
