Birthing ball to encourage labour ?

I bought a ball today been bouncing and rotating my hips on it. If nothing else it's super comfy but I'm wondering if any of you have had success with it bringing on labour ? Today is my due date had false labour all night and I reaaaally wanna encourage baby out of me haha
I would love to know techniques you used and how long it took you to go into labour :)

I've been bouncing/rocking on mine for a week with no luck :) I'm 38 weeks today but let me know if it works! I'm going to keep at it because if nothing else it helps with my back and pelvic pain

My water broke with my 2nd in my yoga ball

I'm going to go get me one tomorrow and try it out!! I'm due on Sunday and not dilated one bit so trying everything I can to get the ball rolling and this baby out!! Good luck momma!! 😊😊
