Germs to baby?

Ok so the pregnancy brain for me is a every day thing and now some times when I do things like pet my dog or if I touch the floor I forget the wash my hands I'm getting paranoid about germs like could some of the germs get transferred to my baby ? 🙁

It is good for your baby to be exposed to some germs and bacteria, it builds their immune system. Being too clean and sanitized can lead to increase in allergies.

Sorry kinda off the subject but..Do you know what you are having? Im curious because I have terrible pregnancy brain! I have 3 boys and didn't have a problem with it while pregnant with them them. Every pregnancy is different but it's making me hope it's a girl this time! Also don't worry to much about germs. Your body protects the baby pretty well.
