Feeding frustrations

FTM here...after one week of awesome breast feeding (perfect latch, eating well, no issues)...my little girl has started trying to fight me when she eats. She kicks, punches, flails and does this thing where she gets all huffy and puffy and won't latch. She almost huffs and puffs and nuzzles my nipple before she latches. It's frustrating bc out of no where she's doing this after being successful the first week....any idea why this is happening or what I can do to fix this! Sometimes she is fine and completely normal, will nurse with no issues...help!!!
