Today my boyfriend told me that he had a cut on his penis. It freaked me out and I immediately began to think that it was unhealthy. I'm the only person he has been with, and he said he got the cut from masturbating without lube or lotion of any kind. Is this normal for men to get cuts this way?

From a guy here, (yes I track my girlfriends and my sexual activity, she has her own app she uses), this is a legit thing.

Normally it tends to happen around the glans (head) partially friction, partially pulling down vigorously or from masturbating multiple times in a day. They can be very painful. But if it's something you're worried about or it's stinging for burning a little for him, just suit up with a rubber, it reduces the friction over the spot and helps to protect you and him both from a potential issue until it's healed. 😊
