Tips to calm baby?

Our one week old boy is starting to become fussy a lot and is inconsolable at times. As a FTM we have gotten a lot of advice I would never think of (ex: rub their tummy, play white noise, etc). Any tips you can give a FTM for when my little man is crying? (Knowing their needs is first obviously...I'm talk about when it's not hunger, a dirty nappy, etc)

Cross his arms across chest, hold by butt and chest, rock at a 45 degree angle. Look up "The Hold" on YouTube, video is by Dr.Robert Hamilton. I used this on my goddaughter and it was like baby magic. Definitely will be doing this to my son.

Try baby wearing or extra skin to skin if you can, a lot of babies just need extra security and feeling safe.

Different things work for different babies, but with my niece when she got irritable for no obvious reason it was usually a bit of trapped gas lol. What helped clear the gas and cheer her up was lying her on her back and pedalling her feet then putting her knees up to her chest - she'd fart like a trucker each time her knees went to her chest and after a few goes shed be back to her usual happy baby self.

Chamomile tea is what I gave my boys about 4 oz I don't remember if I put any sugar if I did it was very little and I mixed it before pouring into bottle. They drank it room temp.

I saw a video on fb, a baby just got a shot and started crying. The doctor held babys legs together and started to rock him. Its suppose to really work!
