Breast feeding mama's...do you wear perfume?

So I know baby knows your scent and all that and I've heard before that you shouldn't wear perfume because it can throw baby off of your scent. I smelled a perfume I loved today and wanted to buy it but figured what's the point if I can't wear it.

So, do you wear perfume?

I never thought about that I'll wear it when I leave the house sometimes but if I'm at home I don't think to put any on I get spit up all over me anyways. I love perfume though

I have thought about this question also, I only wear perfume when we're going out, other than that I don't wear perfumes or smelly lotions.

I wear perfume here and there but I've always applied on my wrists. My baby hasn't had any problems smelling me. 😆😄

I love Candy by Prada by my baby has sensitive skin so no perfume for me

Considering one sniff of perfume can give me a headache I wouldn't be putting the chemicals anywhere near my baby. Anything you inhale like that needs to be processed by the liver and theirs are still developing. Try to limit the toxins they are exposed to

No I don't even wear it for me! Pure toxins! I avoid all scented stuff especially around baby

I've breastfed 5 babies and I put perfume on when I leave the house I've never had a problem but I only do 1or 2 sprays I don't like to be way over scented.

I haven't been. Heck I stocked up on my body products so I wouldn't run out for a bit. But hey, why not wear a little perfume if you are going out on the town or something. :)
