Help!!

Ok ladies. Im 38+4 and i cant pee . And when i do only a tiny bit comes out. Ive been feeling horrible pressure all day . My hips hurt so bad i can hardly walk. Ive also been having pretty painful back pain and cramping (contractions) they just wont get closer in time. I had an ob appointment on thursday i was 4cm and 80% thinned. Also had my membranes stripped Ive already been loosing my mucus plug but last night and today Ive lost huge pieces with blood . I just got checked for a uti 2 days ago and i didnt have one ? Should i call L&D ? Has anyone experienced this?
