3 weeks 1 day & pink spotting. Very lightly.

Hello, I'm 38 yrs old I'm 3 weeks 1 day. Been very lightly spotting light pink for last 3 days. I'm thinking its implantation spotting. Anyone else? I'm very in tune with my body & having all kinds of pregnancy symptoms: headache, insomnia, nauseated, backache, tender breasts, smell sensitivity, bloated pretty bad, pains is vaginal area when I move suddenly or sit too fast, fells like I need to walk slow, fatigue, craving things my man craves, he's also just as sick as me sympathy sickness. I haven't had positive test yet. Supposed to see doctor on 26th. Going crazy in anticipation.
