New to Clomid & Progesterone?!!

I know I already posted a question related to Clomid but basically my Doctor is treating for PCOS and become pregnant. She prescribed me Medproxyprogesterone and Clomid. She wrote this down on a piece of paper because this is sort of rocket science to me lol. I've never had regular periods so this is all new to me. My question is Do I stop taking the progesterone once I get AF and go ahead and take Clomid? Or do I finish the progesterone even when I get my period and still take he Clomid at the same time? Please someone explain this to me I'm confused....

How many pills of progesterone did your doctor give you? Mine gave me ten, and I started my period two days after I finished them. You're likely to start your period after you finish the quantity prescribed. If you do get your period before, I think you're supposed to finish them but make sure to call your doctor if your get your period before you finish them and double check with them always!

We are on the exact same plan. We are on our second round of Clomid (100mg) currently in the "timed sex" category. Next Friday is my blood test, so we are hoping for the best.

Don't worry about being confused, ask LOTS of questions. We, too, were so confused at the start and felt so dumb for asking so many. Now, we are happy we did! Everything eventually all starts to connect and make sense.

I've been on progesterone for a year now. 
Day 1-10 of each month once your period starts you stop progesterone.
My first time I continued progesterone even when I started my period 3 days in and my period ended up lasting more than 7 days! So I called my nurse and she said to stop once my period starts because I'm just adding more progesterone in my body.

Your notes in the picture is very similar to what my doctor wrote down for me.

My month goes 
1-10 progesterone
3-7 clomid (every doctor is different it seems like)
Day 21 progesterone test
