What did you mommies use for birth control....I have never been in birth control before I want something with not a lot of side effects as well I'm 1 week 4 days PP 😁

The depo shot is TERRIBLE I wouldn't even recommend that to my worst enemy. I preferred tri sprintec best birth control ever and I had no side effects

Mirena IUD is amazing in my experience. My periods were so light I didn't even need a pad or tampon. I had zero PMS (which was a big problem for me prior to having it), I didn't get acne or have any weight gain, and best of all you can't forget to take it cause it's always there!! Lol also it will not affect your milk supply at all.

I used NuvaRing for a number of years, and then got off it, and for the last 6 years I used basically the rhythm method successfully. I tracked my days, we withdrew during my fertile time and avoided sex during my high fertile/peak times. When we began to TTC it took us a couple months still. I'm planning on tracking again after this child.
