From the ultrasound alone I think babies profile looks more like mom 😘

I think the nose is moms and the mouth is dad 👍

There's no way to tell. With an ultrasound, it doesn't show you fat and cartilage on baby. Which baby wouldn't have much of at this point anyway. So, he could have a straight nose, or his cartilage could form a slope. You just can't tell till baby is out.
