Losing you v-card

Ok ladies so I always invisioned losing my virginity would be something really special and it should be romantic. I always pictured it in a nice hotel with candles and roses and I just thought it would be way more romantic than it actually was. What was your first time like? Did u have high hopes? Was it romantic? Did ur man do anything special or just kept it casual?
