Extreme pain

So my periods are irregular quite often and so I know the pains I have are possibly period pains (9 days late) but I was wondering what other health issues could cause pain in the sides I think it's my kidneys,my pelvic hurts no matter which way I move and a little painful during intercourse. I know this isn't something bad but I was wondering what I should do try home medicating or go to doctors or something.
