How do you make friends? *NorCal

My recent breakup with the love of my life has led me to realize my circle is very small.

& now it's getting kinda lonely.

I have about 5 friends that I hang with and talk to fairly regularly (two have kids).. I have three little boys at age 24. I'm really not looking to date (I'm way too emotionally unavailable rn) but I don't really have a lot of social hobbies (SAHM / no $$) to meet people and be hella spontaneous and interactive..

I'm looking for work. Im exercising and taking my kids to the park. I'm doing the best I can. But now i guess I'm just adjusting to actually being alone and seperated from my partner.

Damn, how do you make friends with people? I'm talkative and bs with people when I'm running errands and stuff... But maybe I'm not approachable? Idk. Faaaak
