Has anyone else ever experienced this??

I ended my period on the 9th of April, and as far as I can remember everything seemed pretty normal. Sunday night/early Monday morning I had some blood only when I wiped and then Monday evening I went to the bathroom and it was on my underwear and a on the toilet paper. I went to the bathroom again about 3 hours later and there was a little bit on the toilet paper but that's it. I've been cramping today and feel like I'm about to start my period again but there's no more blood.
