Do you find this offensive? Why or why not?

I'll admit this isn't a subject I know much about. People can identify however they please, and I certainly don't have a problem with it. I just think "confused" seems a little rude. And no I'm not one of those people who get offended over everything lol. I just love seeing everyone's different opinions

I personally don't find it offensive towards ME but I do find it offensive towards others who may still be unsure of their sexuality!

It's good they have a toilet for them, but don't turn it into a joke. Jokes can hurt people sometimes.

I completely agreed with everyone saying people should be able to use whatever bathroom they feel comfortable using until someone made a very good point. She said "I don't want someone who still has a penis using the same restroom as my 4 year old daughter." And I completely agree. Unless you go through a sex change I don't think it's appropriate to use a bathroom of the opposite gender even if you identify as that gender.

Why can't we just have single person bathrooms? Or have it where it's more like a closet than a row of stalls. I don't want to hear someone in the stall next to me shitting their life out anyway

They aren't confused. We, the LGBT+ community are not confused. We exist, and trying to patch it over as confusion, "mental illness" etc is incredibly rude and only perpetuates the hateful acts done towards LGBT+ people.

How about no one try looking into another's pants and the problem is solved. I can assure you that on some days, you won't want to be the vagina checker. #bloodyhell😑.

Let me tell you why this is rude.

In some cases there are people who are confused about their gender identity. This is valid.

However, this photo completely erased all identities that are not within the binary (male&female). This is essentially saying, "Agender* people? You don't exist, you're just confused".
Which would be just as rude as saying women don't exist, they're just confused you know because they're just part of Adam with his rib and what not.

Does this make sense?

*other Non-Binary identities include (but are not limited to) bigender, two-spirit, genderfluid, genderqueer, trigender, non-binary, third gender.

I used to say that trans people should use the bathroom they identify with, but I saw a fb post that made a good point. It was a cartoon picture of a man walking into the womens bathroom with a camera and he says to a woman and daughter "Dont worry, I'm transgender!". And I dont think there would be any way to file harrassment charges on people like that. So I think if the trans person looks like a girl, they should use the girls bathroom. And vice versa. I know it sounds rude, but for everyones safety I think thats best. Because if a trans man walks into a mens bathroom still looking like a woman, they could get sexually abused or worse. We really gotta think about safety with it.

Why not just have separate family bathrooms for those who don't have a gender identity or identify as something different then they "look"
