So I'm not sure??

So I got 1 positive pregnancy test but the rest have been negative but I kind of think this maybe a baby bump. It's hard and it kind of stops at the line you know? Also I had a fairly flat stomach less than three months ago. What do you guys think is it possibly a baby belly or just awkward fat. P.s I'm not pushing my stomach out I was breathing. The second pic is a couple months ago
