Cycle day one: when periods arrive after 3pm
A discussion about whether to log the start of your menstrual cycle when your period arrives later in the day.
For example, mine appeared after 5pm last Saturday. I decided to log as 'no period', and log spotting instead (I had reddish tinged discharge a few hours prior).
The reason behind it is that I had 3 months of IVF through one of my city's top clinics recently. Their method for counting cycle days to determine when injections would start was your period to arrive before 3pm. This makes sense to me.
