How long are you waiting??

Hey guys I'm just curious how long are you guys waiting to put on social media that you are pregnant? I was thinking 12 weeks but I get my first US at 9 weeks so I wasn't sure if I could contain myself! Both of our parents now know as of yesterday and I'm so excited but I want to play it safe as well. How are you ladies handling this?

I will not post on social media at all since I did with my last pregnancy and I end up losing my baby at 35 weeks. I will post pic and my happiness after I have the baby in my hands and I know for sure my baby is alive.

Waiting till 16 weeks. I jumped the gun on my last pregnancy and lost my baby. And that's not something you want on social media

I'll probably tell around 12 weeks. It will be my birthday so I plan on doing a cute photoshoot for it at a local photography place.

I couldn't contain myself so only immediate family know. I might let social media know around 20 weeks

I'll be about 9 weeks on Mother's Day by the time everyone in my family knows. It sucks that I can't tell my mom I love her dearly but she can't keep a secret at all and I want to wait until the first appointment. I've told people that I'm not in regular contact with and that has satisfied my urge to tell everyone

Good question lol I'm still deciding when to tell work and family! Think after first ultra sound, I'll post it on social media. After this weekend, my best friends and family will know. 6 weeks 😍

We are going to announce early, on Mother's Day. I will only be 8 weeks but I will have an ultrasound at 7 so I will feel a little more comfortable announcing. We misscarried back in January and never announced to social media. I have learned that every day of my pregnancy is something that should be celebrated and we have no shame sharing it with our friends on social media that early on! We will need support regardless of what happens, however I feel very positive with this pregnancy ☺️
