Getting "fixed"

Husband and I have been married 7 years and I'm pregnant with baby #2. The first is 5yo. We do not want more children and have agreed this is it. Now we need to decide who gets the surgery! We are young still mid 20's and I don't want to get my tubes tide. It's a much bigger surgery and I don't need any complications. For men I hear it is an in office procedure. We do worry about sex drive and hormones being so young. We used family planning the last 4 years until we were ready for #2. However this is our limit. I do not want more than 2 biological children. So what did you do? How was your experience with the surgery and how you feel now?! Thanks!
