Off topic i know.sorry.. Anybidy here married or with a mechanic i need help.

Ok if anyone is here with a mechanic please help me. Ok so you know mechanics get very dirty and greasy. Well my hubby comes home every night covered in grease and he showers and washes up but it leaves the shower and tub black and greasy itself. I've trued hundreds of cleaners and nothing works.. Me and my daughter feel kinda gross taking a bath with the tub being black and dirty. Any help would be appreciated. I've tried bleach and other shower cleaners and nothing works .
