Just need to vent!

I'm 28yrs old been married for 5 months and its been kinda rocky these past few weeks. My husband and I have been trying to have a baby for the past 2 yrs but no luck so far. I have a ovarian cyst on my right ovary and the doctors say that's one reason why we're having a hard time conceiving and that's really been making me very sad cause as a woman I want to give my husband a child. I have a 8yr old from a past relationship and he loves her to death but he has no children and I want a child with him. Recently my insecurities have been getting the best of me. I'm 5'6 and 225lbs and our sex life has been non existent for the past 3wks. I used to wear lingerie for him and role play but since Im having a hard time losing weight I haven't been feeling sexy. Just not feeling myself 😢
