Someone help?

My boyfriend and I have been together over a year. I have always had irregular periods. So I went to the doctor. Had pcos. Got on metformin. Doctor said it would increase chances of pregnacy. I was on it for two months. Now I have been off for two weeks. I missed my period this month. Tender breasts, hip pain, headaches, hot flashes, and dizziness. Took a test a week ago and it was negative But two days ago more symptoms started up. Should I take another test?
