Getting birth control out !!!!

Ok ladies I'm officially 100% joining yall. I get nexplanon out Friday and me and my hubby have decided to try to conceive . How long does it take to get nexplanon out of your system ? Does anyone have any advice for us as we start this journey in our lives ? We have a little boy he's 17 months old today. We so badly want a girl but will be happy and greatful either way . Pink or blue we do not care we just want a healthy pregnancy as I was high risk with my son had High blood pressure and pre eclampsia. Please anyone share your experience so far I'd love to hear everyone's stories !! We are 21 (I'll be 22 may 20th so in a month) and my husband is 25
