Here is my story! Help!

I had a regular cycle in feb. march i spotted for 2 days and april i spotted for 3 days very very light i didnt wear a tampon or pad. I went to the ER test was negative she said since i was on bc 5 yrs ago it still can mess with my hormones. I get a cycle every month and i know when they come! I kept trying to tell her that's not my period , every month i get a period i bleed like a stuck pig and its heavy and will fill up a tampon. Now its the end of april im sleepy all day everyday and my nipples are so fucking sore wich isn't normal for me! Should i retest? I really believe im pregnant.
