Cramping help??
I got my IUD Jan 13, 2016, a few days after my Jan period ended.
I got my next period around late February.
For almost all of March, I was spotting heavily (not as heavy as a period, but heavy for spotting, and it was almost all brown. Only a few days of red.)
Then for the last 4-5 days I've been cramping, mostly at night, and they're dull but sharp pains mainly right where my IUD/uterus is. No blood. I've checked multiple times and everything seems in place, my strings are normal and I can't feel the actual IUD, so i don't think it's expelling.
Last night I had sex with a condom (Trojan ulta thin) and also had sex with the same kind of condom about a week ago. But last night afterwards I started cramping a lot and also got a few faint, red spots, and the cramping lasted until about 9 this morning.
Also not the first time I've cramped after sex. About a month ago we had sex and I had almost a full day of cramping around my left ovary area.
Any idea what's going on? I don't think I could be pregnant since I used two forms of birth control and the condoms didn't break.
Is this all normal?? 😔😞
UPDATE: the cramping has increased and there is now a significant amount of blood, meaning unfortunately Shark week has begun. 😒
