light bleeding during sex

yes this actually happened to me during sex .. and honestly its really made me jumpy since it happened .. i have an appointment with fpa tomorrow but im just a little scared about what could actually be happening down there ? .. i just had my period a week ago and it was a bit light and painful alot of cramping and i was just wondering if anyone exprienced these before and what could it possibly mean ?
