TMI! 20w only, is this my plug? 😫

My SO scared me (he sneezed, dont judge) and i thought i peed a little. So i went to the bathroom and wiped. This is what i saw... Im only 20w today. Is this part of my plug? Im really scared. Please help.. Sorry about the picture but im freaking out..

Your plug actually regenerates throughout pregnancy. I freaked out because the same thing happened to me early,  but apparently it is a really big wad of snot that is tinged with blood when it's the real deal

Generally your plug will be more brownish. Thats probably just some normal discharge. At that early during your pregnancy if it were to come out it would rebuild itself. Dont stress girl.

That's just discharge your plug will have some color to it and even if it were which it isn't it can regenerate so nothing to worry about

I have a ton like that- some even thicker. I think the mucus plug would have a color to it and be a lot more. I haven't been back to the dr since mine started but I'll ask at my next appt.
