Possible uti

I called my doctor last week because I have a horrible pressure on my lower right side by my pelvic bone. It gets worse when I pee, sneeze, etc. Doctor blew is off and said it was baby laying in that area probably. This has gone on 3 weeks now. I've read a lot about utis but the doctor said as long as there isnt any burning, it's not that. I've also had round ligament pain and this is not the same. Opinions?
