IVF Mommas Out There?

22 weeks and just had my regular appointment with my doc. I've had the typical US's so far with all numbers coming in normal. However, my doc just told me that starting around the beginning of the 3rd trimester she wants me to h e monthly growth scans because IVF babies can tend to be smaller. Anyone else experience this?

I did IVF and I'm currently 33 weeks pregnant. In 2 weeks I will be getting scans 2x a week because I am measuring ahead. My RE never said IVF babies are smaller. She said once you are pregnant, it would be like any other pregnancy. My sisters both had complications with their natural pregnancies and I have been complication free.

I was told there is no difference for IVF babies and I will be treated exactly the same as the other patients who conceived naturally.

I went through an IVF cycle as well, I wasn't advised the same information but I'm small for 6months compared to a lot of people. I was a little concerned about preterm labor as well. I'm 23w1d
