Free fluid faint hpt

So I have been getting faint positive hpt since March 25th... And they are getting darker.. I had an US done a week or so ago.. and fluid was found.. No sac no nothing I took another test just now and a darker but light positive..!!

What is going on :/ help ladies.. :/

And no cyst was found... :/

I was told to start ortho tri cyclen .. And when I take it I get so sick...

When I didn't before..
